Spurs Lose Again

- Hamilton, Ontario -

The Spurs lost to the Preds tonight by a score of 3-2. Unfortunately for the Spurs, the Dominator (Preds goalie Dom Hasek) was on his game while Brodeur wasn't for the Spurs.
   # TEAM PER TIME PLAYER GOAL# ASSIST #1 ASSIST #2 TYPE
-- ---- --- ----- ------------- ----- ------------- ------------- ------
1 HAM 2 02:22 M.Holmqvist 3 Reinprecht Streit PPG
2 DEN 2 11:33 Sakic 43 B.Clark Selanne PPG
3 HAM 2 18:17 Kotalik 17 Handzus Iginla EST
4 DEN 3 00:54 Mrn.Hossa 47 Tkachuk Lecavalier EST
5 HAM 3 07:06 Souray 27 T.White Franzen EST

A very disappointing 1-2 road trip at the worst point in the season.
Dasher Notes
Coach Q said there isn't a lot he can do about it at this point. He'll try juggling some things.
Seems like this club doesn't want the Conference title or Presidents' Trophy. Everytime, the past several weeks, they are in a position to open some ground, they lose.
As Dayton GM & Commish Corfield said, Denver overpaid for some players.
That statement is obvious now.
